Can you teach a leader to appeal to his people? Maybe. But in the end, it will not necessarily succeed.

President Zelensky from the first day of the war with Russia rose as the most courageous leader in the world. Zelensky serves his people. He fearlessly stays in the war zone with his people. Each person supports a fight in their own way. Ordinary people became the most engaged social media gurus. They are continually sharing worldwide captured on their phones tragic moments of their lives. They are dedicated to win and are doing everything in their power to bring the war to the end. Strongly unified Ukrainians choose freedom and are dedicated to win.

President Zelensky with his charisma and courage awakened a frightened world. He reaches across the globe empowering influential organizations, international corporations and people of all nations with motivation to fight for peace and stop the war. He stays tall and speaks loud to the whole planet uniting people from all the world to defend democracy.

What is the most vital lesson every leader can learn from President Zelensky? 

Devastation and crisis can happen at any time. It can be overwhelming for leaders and their teams especially if they are reaching a high level of pressure for the first time.

The bigger problem - the stronger you. That is an opportunity for you to stand tall and lead your people. To calm them down, to inspire, to motivate. To protect and present their interests.
