For over a decade, I have had the privilege of serving as an Executive Coach, specializing in helping CEOs, Business Owners, and Corporate Executives find balance in their demanding lives.

Through personalized One-on-One coaching sessions, I work closely with each client, tailoring my approach to address their unique tasks and goals. I have had the honor of coaching CEOs from Fortune 100 companies across various industries, including finance, IT, pharmaceuticals, and more.

Furthermore, I provide Group coaching where I help CEOs to strengthen their Management Teams, bring dynamic and maximize their relationships with their Board of Directors.

Drawing inspiration from the hard work and dedication of my clients, I am passionate about helping them work smarter and live life to the fullest. As an entrepreneur myself, I have founded and successfully built two startup companies. Presently, I hold the position of CEO at CCI Pharm, a pharmaceutical company focused on innovative biopharmaceutical products.

My journey has been marked by numerous challenges, particularly when building my business and life in the US. Overcoming language barriers, navigating complex capitalist systems, and facing the additional obstacles of being an immigrant and a woman, I understand the resilience required to thrive. On a personal level, I fought tirelessly for the life of my husband, ultimately losing him and raising our son alone.
